New Cancellation Policy:

After 3rd scheduled clean is cancelled due to lockout or not giving a 24 hour notice of when the clean is scheduled the customer must pay 1/2 of the cancelled clean.

Regular Policies:

  • There is no fee to start up the cleaning services. Just call and schedule an estimate.
  • All insurance claims are determined by inspection & approval of insurance terms.
  • Concerns should be called into the office within the same day of the clean to fix any problem. Must be same day or else we will not fix.
  • Payments are due within 7 days after clean or a $10.00 fee will be added every 7 days past the due date. (Includes monthly pay arrangements).

  • Returned checks are a $37.00 fee (the exact amount the bank charges).
  • Checks are payable to Tough Touch Cleaning or Mary H. Cunningham, cash accepted, no Credit Cards.
  • Deep Cleaning is a separate clean from scheduled cleaning (unless specified at estimate).  These cleans need to be called in 1-3 weeks in advance.  Call office for information. 1-574-257-2942 or toll free 1-866-210-0430
  • When gas prices are above $2.00 per gallon, there is a $2.00 fee, $3.00 per gallon is a $3.00 fee, and so on. This is a fee outside of the clean price that go directly to the cleaner (you can add it to the check or pay cash).

Referrals:

If someone schedules 6 cleans or more with us, using your name then you will receive a $50.00 gift certificate good towards cleaning. If a 10 hour clean is done and you reffered them a $50 gift certificate is issued. Gift certificates are mailed to you after the 6th clean has been performed.

Weekend Cleaning:

If customers ask for weekend cleans there is a  $20.00 mandatory fee, but if the cleaner moves a weekday clean to the weekend the fee does not apply.  Only when the customer request that day will it apply.

All Holiday cleans must be scheduled 2 weeks in advance to the day.  Without notice a $20.00 fee will be added to the cleaning price.  Athough if a holiday scheduled clean is cancelled a $80 fee will be billed.  If Tough Touch cancels a holiday clean then the customer will receive a 2 hour FREE clean to be rendered within 30 days of cancellation.

We are always willing to drive to your area (town).  Out of area or state cleans do have a driving fee and must be a minimum of 10 hours of cleaning. For 2 workers it is a 5 hours minimum. This includes 60 miles or more from Mishawaka, Indiana or from Clarksville, Tennessee. This price would include $20.00 for gas and travel, the clean, and if a hotel room is necessary. (A $75 will be added for a hotel per night if needed)

*Please understand the only reason there are fees is to insure the workers payroll each week, honor banks personal fees, and to make sure the cleans have been paid for. All of Tough Touch's income goes to supplies, workers, and bills.*
