Returned Check Fee:

We charge a one-time $35.00 return check fee for all returned checks.

Forms of Payment:

We Do NOT Accept Credit Cards at this time. Please make all checks payable to Tough Touch Cleaning OR Mary H. Cunningham.

Schedule Changes:

We understand that things "happen". That is why we allow our customers to make schedule changes as the need arises. Please note that all cleans moved from a weekday to a weekend have a $20 charge.

Fees:

Gas Prices: If the price of gas goes over $3.00 a gallon there is a $2.00 cash tip fee required per clean.
At $4.00 per gallon there is a $3.00 cash tip fee required per clean.
At $5.00 per gallon there is a $4.00 cash tip fee required per clean.

Gas is for the cleaner only. Please do not include in check, leave cash tip for gas. Thank you.

Drive Time:

Cleans can start early, late, or on time. Driving from clean to clean can make times vary due to traffic, or cleans cancelled last minute can push other cleans up in the day.

Insurance Claims:

Insurance Claims are determined by inspection & approval of insurance terms. Claims must be reported within 24hours of clean! All claims must be called in within 24hrs of clean or we cannot fix the problem.

Our Guarantee:

Concerns must be called back the same day of clean & allowed back into the clean within 24 hours to fix the problem free of charge.
